Digital Operations, Web & Media Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Work From Home – Sri Lanka Company: Australia-Based Healthcare Business We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and motivated Digital Operations, Web & Media Executive to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a diverse role combining website management, digital marketing, social media, multimedia content creation, mobile app support, and general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities * Develop, update, and maintain company websites and digital platforms. * Manage WordPress or similar CMS platforms, including basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript tasks. * Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, secure, and SEO-friendly. * Assist with domain, hosting, website performance, and technical maintenance. * Support mobile application development using Flutter, React Native, or similar technologies. * Create professional graphics and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. * Edit promotional videos, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other digital content. * Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Meta Business Suite. * Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, content scheduling, analytics, and performance reporting. * Use modern AI tools to improve website development, content creation, and digital operations. * Manage emails, messages, customer enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups. * Prepare documents, reports, and other administrative materials. * Organize digital files and business information and provide day-to-day operational support. Candidate Requirements * Degree, Higher Diploma, or Professional Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Multimedia/Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a closely related field. * Practical experience in website management and digital content creation. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and effectively from home. * Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer. * Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new software and AI tools quickly. * A portfolio demonstrating previous websites, videos, designs, apps, or other digital projects is required. * Additional qualifications in web development, digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, or mobile app development will b
