Job Description – Warehouse Executive Position: Warehouse Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 1–2 Years Industry: Warehouse Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, responsible and highly organized Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good knowledge of warehouse management systems and the ability to coordinate warehouse activities while maintaining productivity, accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods. * Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. * Supervise, guide and train warehouse staff. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. * Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits. * Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures. * Coordinate with logistics, procurement and other departments. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety standards. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Prepare warehouse reports and maintain proper documentation. * Identify operational issues and implement improvements. * Ensure warehouse activities meet company targets and deadlines. Candidate Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics. * Strong leadership and team-management skills. * Good knowledge of inventory management and logistics procedures. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Good attention to detail and accuracy. * Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated personality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
