F&B Service Staff Position: Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Staff Location: Colombo 05, Sri Lanka Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage Employment Type: Full-Time Age Requirement: 18–40 Years Experience: Experienced & Inexperienced Candidates Welcome Job Summary We are looking for energetic, hardworking and customer-focused Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Staff to join our team in Colombo 05. Both experienced and inexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Take customer food and beverage orders accurately. * Serve food and beverages according to service standards. * Prepare and arrange tables before and after service. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas. * Assist customers with menu information and general inquiries. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. * Clear tables and maintain an organized dining environment. * Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures. * Assist with daily restaurant opening and closing activities. * Work effectively with team members during busy service periods. * Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements * Age between 18 and 40 years. * Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. * Both experienced and inexperienced candidates can apply. * Candidates residing in or around Colombo will be given preference. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, polite and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Willingness to learn food and beverage service procedures. * Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
