Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across targeted sectors. * Connect directly with business owners and key decision-makers to discuss their digital presence. * Introduce website services, identify business needs, and generate sales interest. * Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close deals. * Consistently work towards call volume and sales target achievements. Requirements & Qualifications * Communication Skills:Confident, friendly, and energetic phone presence with natural conversational ability. *Mindset:Highly resilient, comfortable handling rejection, and target-driven. *Experience: Previous outbound sales or telecalling experience is an asset, but *freshers/entry-level candidates are welcome (full product and process training provided). *Work Ethic:Strong willingness to learn and engage with decision-makers proactively.
