We are looking for fresh minds with practical technical knowledge to oversee and maintain agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, and technical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and maintain agricultural machinery, motors, pumps, and farm equipment. * Install, monitor, and service drip irrigation systems and solar power setups. * Perform routine inspections and technical troubleshooting on farm machinery. * Collaborate with the field team to ensure smooth technical operations. Requirements & Qualifications *Experience & Skills:Hands-on experience or vocational training in agriculture, gardening, or mechanical/electrical machinery. *Technical Knowledge:Prior experience with motors, drip irrigation, solar systems, pumps, and agricultural equipment is highly preferred. *Age:18 – 35 years. *Location Preference:Residents of Jaffna or nearby areas are preferred. * Key Traits:Vocational training background given priority; strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
