Key Responsibilities * Supervise, guide and motivate sales associates and cashiers. * Manage and coordinate daily retail store operations. * Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. * Monitor employee performance and productivity. * Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets. * Oversee product displays, stock replenishment and visual merchandising. * Supervise cashier operations and ensure accurate transactions. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. * Maintain store cleanliness, organization and presentation standards. * Ensure employees follow company policies and operational procedures. * Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and workplace discipline. * Coordinate with store management to improve sales and operational efficiency. * Support training and development of team members. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. * Experience in a supervisory or team-leading position will be an added advantage. * Strong leadership and team-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to motivate employees and achieve sales targets. * Customer-focused and results-oriented personality. * Good organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Responsible, hardworking and professional attitude. * Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
