Job description

* Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities and workers. * Assign duties and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule. * Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality of work. * Ensure construction activities follow approved plans and specifications. * Maintain workplace health and safety standards at all times. * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site management. * Identify site issues and take appropriate corrective action. * Maintain daily work records and provide progress updates to management. * Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment. * Provide guidance and support to workers to achieve project targets.
