🍗 Supervisor / Shift Manager – Popeyes 📍 Location: One Galle Face Mall Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily restaurant and shift operations. * Maintain quality, service, cleanliness and food-safety standards. * Manage staff positioning, training and performance. * Monitor stock levels and restaurant equipment. * Handle operational issues and ensure excellent customer service. Requirements * Age 22–40 years. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor/Shift Manager in a reputed fast-food or restaurant chain. * Good English communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
