🍗 Supervisor / Shift Manager – Popeyes 📍 Locations: Colombo / Gampaha 💼 Full-Time Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily restaurant and shift operations. * Maintain food quality, service and cleanliness standards. * Manage staff schedules, positioning and shift duties. * Monitor stock levels and equipment. * Train, guide and motivate team members. * Handle and report incidents or operational issues. * Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Requirements * Male or Female, aged 22–40 years. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an international fast-food chain as a Supervisor or Shift Manager. * Fluent in English with good communication skills. * Strong leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Dynamic, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
