Job Description – Supervisor The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising employees, handling cash-related activities where required, and ensuring that all assigned duties are completed according to company standards. * Supervise staff and coordinate day-to-day operations. * Assign duties and monitor employee performance. * Maintain discipline, attendance, and smooth workflow during shifts. * Handle or supervise cashier and cash-related activities when required. * Ensure company procedures, safety standards, and service standards are followed. * Resolve operational issues and report important matters to management. * Maintain necessary records and prepare daily operational reports. * Support and guide employees to achieve required performance standards. * Be available to work 12-hour shifts, including 3 hours of overtime and night shifts. Requirements: Age 18–40, approximately 1 year of relevant experience with service certificates. Candidates should have at least an S pass in O/L Mathematics or previous cashier experience.
