The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards. * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees. * Assign duties and monitor staff performance. * Ensure daily operational and delivery activities run smoothly. * Maintain attendance, work schedules, and operational records. * Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures. * Handle operational issues and resolve problems promptly. * Monitor service quality and ensure customer requirements are met. * Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to management. * Maintain effective communication between employees and management. * Support staff training and ensure workplace discipline and safety.
