SIRUS Migration Education is seeking a driven and results-oriented Education Consultant to join our team in Nugegoda, Sri Lanka. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding students through overseas education pathways, driving student recruitment, and building strong relationships with prospective clients and partner organizations. Key Responsibilities - Student Counseling & Recruitment: Provide expert guidance to students and parents regarding overseas education, course selection, institution choices, and application procedures. - Sales & Business Development: Actively convert student inquiries into enrollments, meet recruitment targets, and identify new opportunities to expand local student reach. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, academic institutions, and industry networks. - Negotiation & Networking: Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads. - Application Processing Support: Assist students with documentation, application submissions, and coordination with internal administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in student recruitment or - Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales or business development. Language Proficiency: Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken) is highly essential. Key Skills: - Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal capabilities. -Exceptional client relationship management skills. - Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruitment targets.
