Leading hardware distribution company located in Kiribathgoda, Makola area is seeking a detail oriented Store Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. * Manage inventory and stock control, including steel items, box bar and steel bar products. *Coordinate with sales, delivery and warehouse teams to meet customer demands. * Ensure proper handling, storage and safety of goods. Maintain accurate records and reports. *Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline in the store. *Ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth. REQUIREMENTS *Age between 27 – 50 years. *Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (hardware/steel industry preferred). *Good leadership and team management skills. *Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. *Knowledge in inventory management and basic computer skills.
