Key Responsibilities * Manage daily store and warehouse operations. * Receive, inspect and properly store incoming goods. * Issue and dispatch stock according to company procedures. * Maintain accurate inventory records and stock documentation. * Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control. * Conduct regular stock counts and inventory verification. * Ensure accurate handling of goods and prevent stock discrepancies. * Organize products systematically within the warehouse. * Prepare and maintain Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and stock issue records. * Coordinate with purchasing, sales and logistics departments. * Monitor stock movements and update inventory records. * Identify damaged, missing or incorrect stock items. * Ensure proper storage and safe handling of goods. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and organization. * Prepare stock reports and provide inventory updates to management. Candidate Requirements * Male candidates below 35 years of age. * Higher Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Storekeeping or Warehouse Operations. * Strong knowledge of inventory management practices. * Good understanding of stock control and warehouse procedures. * Ability to handle stock accurately and efficiently. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good record-keeping and documentation skills. * Ability to coordinate with different departments. * Responsible, trustworthy and hardworking personality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Candidates residing in Colombo or surrounding areas are preferred.
