🔴 VACANCY – MALE RECEPTIONIST CUM MAINTENANCE SkyCasa Holiday Apartments Complex, Mount Lavinia, is looking for an experienced Male Receptionist Cum Maintenance candidate for 12-hour night shifts. 📍 Location: Mount Lavinia, near Hotel Road 👤 Age: Below 50 years MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN: • Handling inquiries for short-term apartment stays through mobile, email and walk-in guests, including Sri Lankan and foreign guests. • Good communication and guest-handling skills. • Handling payments, registrations, check-in, check-out and documentation. • Apartment/building maintenance knowledge and ability to attend to minor repairs independently. • Efficiently handling day-to-day operations. • Fluent spoken and written English. • Good computer skills. • Reliable, experienced and able to work independently. IMPORTANT: • Candidates must have relevant experience in short-term apartment rentals and maintenance. • Candidates without relevant experience should NOT apply. • Outstation candidates are not preferred as accommodation is NOT provided to staff. • F&B experience is NOT required as we do not have a restaurant. • Having your own motorcycle for daily travel to and from work is preferred. 💰 SALARY + COMMISSION Attractive remuneration based on experience and performance. 📲 Please send your CV with all relevant details, including your expected monthly remuneration, via WhatsApp: +94 71 535 0621
