Site Engineer / Interior Project Coordinator Company: Global HR Solutions (Pvt) Ltd Position: Site Engineer / Interior Project Coordinator Location: Colombo 01 Salary: Negotiable Age: Below 30 Years Job Summary Global HR Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer / Interior Project Coordinator to assist with interior construction and finishing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring projects are completed according to required quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Assist with daily interior site work and project activities. * Supervise ongoing construction, interior, and finishing work. * Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. * Check technical drawings and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements. * Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on site. * Ensure work is completed according to required quality and safety standards. * Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them. * Assist with project schedules and ensure work progresses according to deadlines. * Maintain proper site documentation and records. * Prepare basic daily/weekly site progress reports. * Support project management with other site-related activities when required. Requirements * Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in interior work and/or finishing works. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong teamwork and coordination abilities. * Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work responsibly in a site environment. * Age below 30 years. Requirements
- Degree / HND in civil engineering or a related field
- At least 6 months of experience in interior work / Finishing works
- Ability to read drawings and use MS Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
