RN Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Site Manager to oversee construction activities at our Battaramulla location. As a critical member of the Building & Construction department, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role demands strong leadership to coordinate diverse teams and collaborate effectively with engineers and contractors. You will lead and supervise the execution of civil and MEP engineering tasks, applying your expertise to achieve project objectives while maintaining quality and safety. Your ability to manage resources, anticipate challenges, and communicate clearly will be key to optimizing construction workflows and fostering a productive work environment. Successful candidates will bring at least four years of experience in civil and MEP engineering, coupled with proven project management skills. A degree in Civil Engineering is required, reflecting a solid foundation in construction principles and technologies. You must be comfortable working full-time on-site to closely monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
