Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Inspection Supervisor specializing in Split A/C systems to join our team in Colombo. The successful candidate will oversee site installations, servicing, and troubleshooting, ensuring high quality standards and technical accuracy. Requirements & Qualifications: * Age: Under 35 years. * Education: Higher Diploma or equivalent professional qualification (NVQ Level 5/6) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering. * Experience:Minimum 05 years of extensive practical experience in the installation and maintenance of A/C or refrigeration systems. * Technical Knowledge:Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in servicing, maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting specifically for Split-type A/C units. * Skills: Strong time management, capability to handle multiple priorities, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills. * License:Must possess a valid driving and riding license. * Residency:Residence in Colombo or the surrounding area is preferred for operational convenience.
