Site Assistant

Job description

Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations at the solar power plant. * Monitor site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Coordinate with technical teams and maintenance personnel. * Inspect site facilities and identify maintenance requirements. * Assist with monitoring solar power plant equipment and operations. * Report technical issues and operational concerns to management. * Ensure workplace safety procedures and company guidelines are followed. * Coordinate site maintenance and inspection activities. * Maintain accurate site records and prepare daily reports. * Travel for site inspections and other assigned outdoor duties. * Monitor the progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion. * Support the efficient operation and maintenance of the solar power plant. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in Site Supervision is required. * Experience in the Solar Energy or Electrical field will be an added advantage. * Ability to supervise and coordinate daily site activities. * Willingness to travel for site inspections and outdoor duties. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Good communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. * Responsible, reliable and self-motivated personality. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to coordinate with technical and maintenance teams. * Good understanding of workplace safety practices. * Willingness to work at the Waskaduwa Solar Power Plant.
