Job Description – Showroom Supervisor Position: Showroom Supervisor Industry: Clothing Retail Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: LKR 125,000 – 175,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Showroom Supervisor to manage daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced clothing retail environment. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily showroom operations. * Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain excellent customer service standards. * Manage inventory, stock levels, and stock control. * Ensure attractive product displays and visual merchandising. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. * Prepare sales reports and support management decisions. * Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards. Candidate Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in clothing retail supervision or a similar position. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management. * Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Target-driven, responsible, and results-oriented personality.
