Showroom Sales Executive (Female) Position: Showroom Sales Executive – Female Location: Kollupitiya, Colombo 03 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Female Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Kollupitiya, Colombo 03. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting showroom customers, promoting products, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service while contributing towards achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. * Explain product features, prices, promotions, and available options. * Handle customer inquiries professionally. * Promote products and encourage sales opportunities. * Follow up with potential and existing customers when required. * Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets. * Maintain positive relationships with customers. * Assist with showroom displays and ensure products are presented neatly. * Maintain basic customer and sales records. * Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations. * Provide excellent before- and after-sales customer service. Candidate Requirements * Female candidates. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, confident, and professional personality. * Strong interest in sales and customer service. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers. * Responsible, punctual, and well-organized. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous showroom, retail, or sales experience will be an advantage. * Candidates who can conveniently travel to Kollupitiya / Colombo 03 are preferred.
