We are looking for a dynamic leader for our Kandy location Key Responsibilities * Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the sales team. * Sales Growth: Achieve showroom revenue targets & KPIs. *Inventory Control:Oversee high-value stock, daily counts, and visual displays. *Client Service:Build VIP relationships and handle premium client inquiries. *Operations: Manage shift scheduling, security, and showroom reporting.
