Job description

Key Responsibilities * Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation. * Coordinate shipments with logistics partners, suppliers and warehouse staff. * Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely deliveries. * Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. * Assist with import and export procedures. * Update ERP systems and maintain shipping reports. * Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping procedures. * Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth shipping operations. * Identify and resolve shipment-related issues. * Support daily logistics and freight forwarding activities. Candidate Requirements * G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification is required. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding. * Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field will be an added advantage. * Good knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export procedures. * Understanding of customs regulations and clearance processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. * Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Responsible, trustworthy and self-motivated personality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
