💼 POSITION: Senior Sales Executive – Town Storming Company: PAYable (Pvt) Ltd Industry: Financial Technology (FinTech) & Digital Payments Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Location: Colombo 03 Job Overview PAYable (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive – Town Storming to drive merchant acquisition and expand the adoption of the company’s digital payment solutions. The role requires a strong field-sales professional who can achieve ambitious sales targets, build lasting merchant relationships, and provide guidance and support to junior sales team members. Key Responsibilities * Execute high-volume merchant acquisition activities and town-storming campaigns across assigned territories. * Promote and sell PAYable digital payment solutions, particularly Soundbox and SoftPOS. * Identify prospective merchants and develop new business opportunities in targeted commercial areas. * Clearly communicate product features, pricing, benefits, and payment solutions to potential merchants. * Collect and verify required merchant documents and ensure smooth completion of the onboarding process. * Ensure timely and accurate submission of merchant applications through Mastercore. * Coordinate merchant activation, device deployment, and initial product setup. * Collect initial payments, device payments, rental payments, and other applicable merchant collections. * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing merchants. * Support the Team Leader in training, onboarding, and mentoring junior Sales Executives. * Coach sales team members during field activities and encourage effective sales practices. * Monitor sales activities and maintain high standards in acquisition quality, collections, productivity, and customer service. * Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales and collection targets. * Provide regular field updates and sales performance information to management. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in FinTech, payment solutions, merchant acquisition, high-volume field sales, or town-storming campaigns. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and collection targets. * Experience in coaching, mentoring, or supporting junior sales professionals. * Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Highly self-motivated, energetic, d
Requirements
- Prior experience in fintech payment solutions, high-volume field sales, or town storming campaigns
- Proven ability to coach junior sales staff and lead by example in the field

- Familiarity with PAYable products, Mastercore workflows, and merchant onboarding processes is a strong advantage
