Job description
Key Responsibilities * Promote and sell hardware products to customers and businesses. * Identify new customers and develop business opportunities. * Conduct field sales visits and marketing activities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers and distributors. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Introduce company products and provide product information. * Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales orders. * Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries. * Maintain accurate sales records and customer details. * Prepare daily and monthly sales reports. * Identify opportunities to expand the company’s market reach. * Support promotional campaigns and sales activities. Candidate Requirements * Minimum 1 year of sales experience required. * G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification. * Valid driving licence is mandatory. * Good knowledge of computers and IT applications. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent speaking and customer-handling abilities. * Previous experience in hardware sales or distribution will be an advantage. * Strong negotiation and sales skills. * Ability to achieve sales targets. * Willingness to participate in field sales activities. * Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated personality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
