The ideal candidates should have excellent customer service skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with clothing selection and purchases. * Promote fashion products and achieve sales targets. * Maintain excellent customer service standards. * Support daily showroom operations. * Ensure attractive product displays and store presentation. * Build strong relationships with customers. * Support promotional activities and sales campaigns. * Maintain brand standards across retail outlets. * Assist in improving overall showroom sales performance. Candidate Requirements * Female candidates preferred. * Age below 35 years for the Negombo vacancy. * Previous experience in fashion retail or sales is an advantage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good customer service and sales abilities. * Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage. * English communication skills are an advantage. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to achieve sales targets and work as part of a team. * Candidates residing near Negombo or Nawala are preferred, depending on the position.
