Sales Executive (Outdoor & Field Sales) Company: Ceylon Academy of Gemmological Science (CAGS) Position: Sales Executive – Outdoor & Field Sales Industry: Education / Gemmology / Jewellery Employment Type: Full-Time Age Requirement: Below 40 Years Experience: Freshers Are Welcome Job Summary Ceylon Academy of Gemmological Science (CAGS) is looking for confident, energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join its growing team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality and a passion for meeting new people, generating leads and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outdoor sales visits to companies, offices and potential customers. * Generate new leads through field sales and promotional activities. * Promote CAGS professional gemmology programmes. * Meet potential students and explain course details. * Conduct leaflet distribution and marketing campaigns. * Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings. * Convert potential customers into paid student registrations. * Participate in exhibitions, seminars and promotional events. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets. Candidate Requirements * Male and female candidates can apply. * Age below 40 years. * Freshers are encouraged to apply. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident, outgoing and persuasive personality. * Previous sales or telesales experience would be an advantage. * Willingness to travel for outdoor sales visits. * Strong customer relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
