Job description

The Sales Executive – AMC will be expected to contribute directly to the growth and profitability of the maintenance-services business. Key performance areas may include: * New AMC contracts generated. * Achievement of sales and revenue targets. * Number of qualified sales opportunities created. * Proposal-to-contract conversion rate. * Customer satisfaction. * AMC contract renewal rate. * Development of new corporate and institutional accounts. * Timely collection of AMC and repair payments. * Quality of customer relationship management. * Accuracy and consistency of sales follow-ups. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a confident, energetic, and commercially focused sales professional who enjoys developing new business and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You should be comfortable approaching new customers, conducting meetings, understanding their requirements, presenting appropriate maintenance solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and following opportunities through to successful contract completion. Experience within the air-conditioning, HVAC, engineering, facilities management, technical services, or maintenance-contract sector would be particularly beneficial. Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.
• Diploma in Marketing, Sales or Business Management(preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC/Air Conditioning systems is an advantage.
• Minimum 01 year of sales experience.
• Customer relationship management.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
