Sales Assistant Company: Chinthana GSM (Pvt) Ltd Position: Sales Assistant / Showroom Sales Staff Industry: Mobile Phones | Accessories | Electronics Location: Maharagama Age: 18–30 Years Gender: Male / Female Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Summary Chinthana GSM (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established mobile phone, accessories, and electronics retailer with 25 years of customer trust, is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Sales Assistants to join its team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of mobile phone and computer accessories, good communication skills, and an interest in retail sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional assistance. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. * Explain mobile phones, phone accessories, computer accessories, and electronic products. * Demonstrate product features and provide accurate product information. * Assist customers with purchasing decisions. * Promote available products, offers, and promotions. * Maintain attractive and organized showroom displays. * Assist with stock arrangement and product replenishment. * Handle customer inquiries professionally. * Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. * Maintain good relationships with customers. * Assist with general showroom and sales operations. Requirements * Male and Female candidates may apply. * Age between 18–30 years. * Must have appeared for G.C.E. O/L. * Knowledge of mobile phone and computer accessories is required. * Previous experience working in a mobile phone shop is preferred. * Basic computer knowledge. * Good communication and customer-service skills. * Friendly, confident, and smart personality. * Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team. * Candidates living in or around Maharagama will have an advantage.
