Sales Representative Industry: Industrial Hardware Position: Sales Representative Location: Colombo 04 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary A reputed industrial hardware business is looking for an energetic, responsible, and sales-driven Sales Representative to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting existing and potential dealers, promoting the company’s products, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities * Visit existing dealers and potential new dealers regularly. * Promote and sell the company’s industrial hardware products. * Identify new customers, dealers, and business opportunities. * Present products, prices, promotions, and offers to customers. * Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and customer orders. * Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers. * Work towards achieving assigned sales targets. * Collect market information and provide feedback on customer requirements. * Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments when required. * Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities. * Prepare basic sales reports for management. * Represent the company professionally during field visits. Candidate Requirements * Must possess a valid motorcycle driving licence. * Willing and able to travel to visit dealers and potential customers. * Must be able to communicate effectively in Sinhala. * Ability to communicate in English and/or Tamil will be an added advantage. * Candidates should reside within the Colombo area. * Previous sales or related work experience will be an added advantage. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident, responsible, and customer-oriented personality. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Requirements

• Should have a motor bike driving license to visit dealers/ potential dealers;
• Must be able to communicate in Sinhala Language (Ability to communicate in Englsih and/or Tamil will be an added advantage);
• Should live within Colombo Area;
• Work experience will be an added advantage;
• Basic Salary + Mobile Allowance + Travel Allowance + Sales Commissions
