Sales Executive (Camera Shop) Company: Clickz.lk Position: Sales Executive Industry: Cameras, Photography & Videography Equipment Location: Maharagama Age: 18–30 Years Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Salary: Attractive Salary + Commission Job Summary Clickz.lk, a leading retailer of cameras, photography, and videography equipment in Sri Lanka, is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, accessories, and videography products while providing professional advice and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and identify their photography or videography requirements. * Assist customers in selecting suitable cameras, lenses, accessories, lighting, and video equipment. * Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and available options. * Demonstrate products and provide basic technical information when required. * Recommend suitable accessories and equipment based on customer needs and budgets. * Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service. * Support showroom sales and work towards individual and company sales targets. * Maintain attractive and organized product displays. * Assist with checking stock availability and coordinating with inventory staff. * Maintain basic sales and customer records using computer systems. * Keep up to date with new camera models, photography equipment, and industry trends. * Build positive customer relationships and provide after-sales assistance when required. Requirements * Applicants aged 18–30 years. * Must have appeared for G.C.E. O/L. * Good knowledge of cameras, camera accessories, lighting, and videography equipment. * Previous experience in a camera shop or electronics retail environment will be a strong advantage. * Basic computer literacy. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality. * Strong interest in photography and videography. * Ability to learn new products and technical specifications quickly. * Sales-oriented attitude and ability to work towards targets. * Candidates residing in or around Maharagama will be preferred.
