Sales Assistant Company: Chinthana GSM (PVT) Ltd Position: Sales Assistant – Male / Female Industry: Mobile Phones, Accessories & Electronics Location: Maharagama Age: 18–30 Years Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Summary Chinthana GSM (PVT) Ltd, a well-established mobile phone, accessories, and electronics retailer with 25 years of customer trust in Sri Lanka, is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join its team. The successful candidates will assist customers with selecting mobile phones, phone accessories, computer accessories, and related products while providing friendly and professional customer service. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products. * Provide information about mobile phones, phone accessories, computer accessories, and electronic products. * Explain product features, specifications, prices, and available options to customers. * Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements. * Assist with day-to-day sales activities in the showroom. * Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously. * Support the achievement of individual and showroom sales targets. * Maintain attractive and organized product displays. * Check product availability and coordinate with inventory staff when required. * Assist with basic computer-based sales and customer records. * Build positive relationships with customers and provide good after-sales support. * Keep up to date with new mobile phones, accessories, and technology products. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment. Requirements * Male and female candidates may apply. * Age between 18–30 years. * Must have appeared for G.C.E. O/L. * Previous experience working in a mobile phone shop is required/preferred. * Good knowledge of mobile phone accessories and computer accessories. * Basic computer literacy. * Good communication and customer-service skills. * Friendly, confident, and presentable personality. * Ability to communicate effectively with different customers. * Sales-oriented and willing to work towards targets. * Responsible, energetic, and able to work as part of a team. * Candidates residing in or around Maharagama will be given preference. Requirements
- Knowledge of telephone accessories, computer accessories is a must
- Having working experience in a mobile phone shop
- Have a general knowledge of using computer
