š¼ POSITION: Female Sales Assistant Location: Wellawatte, Colombo 06 Industry: Cosmetics, Beauty & Accessories Retail We are a premium cosmetics and accessories retail store located in Colombo 06, seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Female Sales Assistant to join our showroom team. š REQUIREMENTS * Age below 30 years * Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification * Good communication skills; English proficiency is preferred * Basic computer literacy * Previous experience in retail sales, cosmetics, beauty, or a similar field will be an added advantage * Flexible and willing to work according to showroom requirements * Friendly, confident, and professional approach to customers * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to contribute towards sales targets * Candidates residing in Colombo or within convenient travelling distance of Wellawatte are preferred š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cosmetics and accessories * Provide accurate product information and assist customers with purchasing decisions * Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays * Support the sales team in achieving individual and showroom sales targets * Assist with stock handling and basic showroom operations * Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment * Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service š© HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV.
