💼 POSITION: Sales Executive Company: Projector.lk Location: Colombo 02 Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 💠 JOB OVERVIEW Projector.lk is seeking a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its showroom team in Colombo 02. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing professional product guidance, handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on potential sales opportunities. This position is suitable for an enthusiastic individual who is interested in sales, customer service, and technology products and is willing to develop strong knowledge of projectors, smart boards, projection screens, and related AV solutions. 💠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Handle customer enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, and online channels. * Explain the features and benefits of projectors, smart boards, projection screens, and related products. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate technical information. * Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers and sales leads. * Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales records. * Keep up to date with product specifications, availability, and pricing. * Assist with online customer enquiries and basic social media activities when required. * Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment. * Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales support. * Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. 💠 REQUIREMENTS & CANDIDATE PROFILE * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer literacy and ability to handle digital communication platforms. * Friendly, confident, and professional approach when dealing with customers. * Responsible, punctual, organised, and reliable. * Strong willingness to learn about technical and AV products. * Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Previous experience in sales, retail, electronics, or customer service will be an advantage. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * School leavers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
