The Trainee Sales Assistant / Sales Executive is responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service while helping customers select the most suitable fabrics for their custom outfits and designs. * Welcome customers and identify their fabric and design requirements. * Assist customers in selecting suitable fabrics, colours, patterns, and materials. * Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service. * Explain available fabric options and assist customers with purchasing decisions. * Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized showroom environment. * Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving sales targets. * Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries effectively. * Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance while on duty. Requirements: Age 18–38. Both experienced and inexperienced candidates may apply. Basic communication skills and Sinhala language ability are required, with basic English knowledge preferred.
