Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. * Assist customers with product selection and purchases. * Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction. * Manage daily showroom and shop floor activities. * Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately. * Handle cash, card and digital payment transactions. * Process customer purchases, remove security tags and pack items. * Balance cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift. * Handle product returns, exchanges and discount verification according to company procedures. * Maintain store cleanliness and organization. * Support daily sales targets and promotional activities. * Follow company policies and operational procedures. * Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Candidate Requirements * No previous retail experience required – Full training will be provided. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly and customer-focused personality. * Basic numerical and cash-handling abilities. * Willingness to learn POS systems and retail operations. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to work roster shifts. * Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. * Must be interested in long-term, full-time employment. * Serious, committed and career-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply.
