Sales Associate Company: Xavier Medical Attire Position: Sales Associate Location: Navinna, Maharagama Employment Type: Full-Time Commencement: November 2026 Job Summary Xavier Medical Attire is looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its growing team in Navinna, Maharagama. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude towards sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with product selection and inquiries. * Handle online orders and in-store sales. * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Maintain accurate sales records and documentation. * Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries when required. * Assist with product displays and stock organization. * Support daily outlet operations. * Maintain a clean and organized sales environment. * Build positive relationships with customers. Candidate Requirements * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, responsible and well-presented personality. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Good customer-service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Willingness to support both online and in-store sales activities.
