Sales Associate – Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will support sales activities, assist customers, promote products and services, achieve assigned sales targets, and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers and understand their requirements. * Promote and explain company products and services effectively. * Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities. * Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. * Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Conduct field visits and meet customers when required. * Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate sales and customer records. * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. * Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident and comfortable interacting with customers. * Willingness to travel and engage in field-based sales activities. * Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. * Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office will be an advantage. * Fresh candidates who are passionate about developing a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
