Job description

Key responsibilities: - Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries. - Communicate with customers, sales representatives, production and dispatch teams. - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer and order records. - Follow up on outstanding orders and customer payments. - Assist the sales team in achieving its monthly targets. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Candidate profile: - Female candidates are encouraged to apply. - Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service or administration would be an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organisational and follow-up abilities. - Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel. - Ability to work accurately in a busy manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of the packaging or printing industry would be an added advantage.
