Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. * Assist customers with clothing selection and purchases. * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. * Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. * Promote fashion products and support daily sales activities. * Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards. * Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized and well-presented. * Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. * Replenish products and maintain fully stocked displays. * Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems. * Process customer purchases and sales transactions accurately. * Handle customer inquiries and provide product information. * Work effectively with team members to achieve sales targets. Candidate Requirements * Female candidates preferred. * Must have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination. * Fluency in English is required. * Previous experience in retail sales or fashion clothing stores will be an added advantage. * School leavers are encouraged to apply. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly and customer-focused personality. * Good sales and customer service abilities. * Interest in fashion and clothing retail. * Basic computer and POS system knowledge will be an advantage. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
