Job description

Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. * Assist customers with product selection and purchases. * Support daily showroom and retail sales operations. * Explain product features, prices and availability to customers. * Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. * Maintain attractive product displays and showroom arrangements. * Assist with sales transactions and customer orders. * Support stock checking and product replenishment. * Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization. * Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. * Build positive relationships with customers. * Complete assigned sales tasks efficiently and responsibly. Candidate Requirements * Age below 45 years. * Must have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination. * Must reside in Colombo or surrounding areas. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly and customer-focused personality. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Basic sales and customer service abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Previous retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
