Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. * Assist customers in selecting and purchasing sarees and clothing products. * Explain product designs, materials, prices and available options. * Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries. * Maintain attractive product displays and showroom arrangements. * Assist with daily sales transactions and customer purchases. * Organize and maintain clothing stock. * Support daily showroom operations. * Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards. * Work effectively with team members to achieve sales targets. * Build positive relationships with customers. Candidate Requirements * Minimum educational level: Studied up to G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L). * Both trained and untrained candidates can apply. * Candidates residing in or around Colombo are preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly and customer-focused personality. * Interest in sarees, fashion and clothing retail. * Previous retail sales experience will be an advantage. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
