The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities and a passion for fashion retail, with the ability to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise daily clothing store operations. * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. * Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. * Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets. * Manage inventory, stock arrangements and replenishment. * Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising. * Ensure store cleanliness and brand presentation standards. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. * Maintain accurate sales and stock records. * Support promotional campaigns and sales activities. * Ensure smooth daily store operations. Candidate Requirements * Age below 30 years. * Previous experience in retail store management or sales supervision will be an advantage. * Strong leadership and team-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Good knowledge of retail sales and inventory management. * Customer-focused and results-driven personality. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and responsibly. * Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets. * Good time-management skills.
