The ideal candidates should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and an interest in providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. * Provide information about products, prices, sizes, and available options. * Assist customers throughout their shopping experience. * Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. * Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays. * Assist with arranging and replenishing showroom stock. * Handle customer inquiries professionally. * Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within the store. * Build positive relationships with customers. * Support other team members with daily store operations. Requirements * Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification. * Good personality and professional appearance. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude. * Interest in retail sales and customer service. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
