Sales Assistant (Male) Company: Deep Tec Engineering (Pvt) Ltd Position: Sales Assistant – Male Location: Embilipitiya Branch Industry: Water Pumps | Solar | Smart Agriculture Job Summary Deep Tec Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join its Embilipitiya Branch. The successful candidate will assist customers with product inquiries, support the sales team, follow up on quotations, and promote the company’s Water Pumps, Solar, and Smart Agriculture products. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers visiting the showroom and provide professional assistance. * Explain product features, specifications, prices, and available options. * Assist customers in selecting suitable Water Pumps, Solar, and Smart Agriculture products. * Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and WhatsApp. * Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and potential sales. * Provide day-to-day support to Sales Executives. * Maintain accurate customer details and sales records. * Keep showroom products and displays clean, organized, and attractive. * Assist with preparing quotations and other sales-related documentation. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. * Keep up to date with company products and services. Requirements * Male candidates. * G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification. * Good Sinhala communication skills. * Basic knowledge of English. * Basic computer literacy. * Strong interest in Sales and Customer Service. * Friendly, energetic, and confident personality. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous Sales or Showroom experience will be an added advantage. * Knowledge of Water Pumps, Solar, or Agriculture-related products will be an advantage. * Candidates residing in Embilipitiya or surrounding areas will be preferred.
