💼 POSITION: Sales Assistant Company: Chef’s Choice Location: 135, Wolfendhal Street, Colombo 12 Employment Type: Full-Time Chef’s Choice is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will assist customers, support daily sales activities, and help ensure smooth and efficient shop operations. 💠 REQUIREMENTS | CANDIDATE PROFILE * Basic computer literacy and ability to handle simple sales-related systems. * Fluency in Tamil and Sinhala. * Moderate English communication skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude. * Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Previous experience in retail or customer service will be an added advantage. 💠 RESPONSIBILITIES | JOB PROFILE * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. * Assist customers with product enquiries, selections, and purchases. * Provide accurate information regarding available products. * Support billing, payment handling, and sales transactions. * Maintain and update basic sales records when required. * Arrange and organise products neatly within the shop. * Monitor product availability and inform relevant staff of stock requirements. * Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable sales environment. * Handle customer enquiries professionally and help resolve basic concerns. * Support other day-to-day shop operations as required. 🕒 WORKING HOURS Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM 📩 HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates can send their CV or contact details to: 📱 077 868 2915
