About the role  Conduct regular team briefing & training, aiming to improve skills & sales output.  Prepare marketing operations reports & present to senior management.  Ability to manage all levels of staff under operations & marketing.  Should have the ability to develop & coordinate marketing activities  Recruit new sales staff as necessary on an area basis & freelance sales personnel Job Requirements  Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills,  Excellent exposure to top-level customers  Proven leadership & team management skills  Positive multitasking working attitudes & achieving the monthly target deadlines.  Proficiency in MS Office  Min 4-5 years of experience in operations and marketing.  Below 40 years of age.
