Job Description – Sales Manager The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base of GenZee Auto Spa. The role involves promoting premium automotive services including Car Detailing, Ceramic Coating, Paint Protection, Polishing, Interior Rejuvenation, Maintenance Plans, and Membership Programs. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with individual customers, luxury vehicle owners, fleet operators, vehicle dealers, insurance and leasing companies, and corporate clients. The Sales Manager will also manage digital and walk-in sales, achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets, monitor customer satisfaction and retention, and analyse sales performance to recommend improvements. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Auto Spa, automotive, vehicle dealership, or transportation-related industry. Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical, reporting, and customer-service skills are required, along with a commercial mindset and a valid driving licence.
