Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive Position: Sales & Marketing Executive – Male / Female Job Type: Full-Time Location: Panadura Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monthly Salary: LKR 75,000 – 100,000, based on performance and experience Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our automobile sales team in Panadura. The successful candidate will assist with vehicle sourcing, customer inquiries, sales activities, online marketing, and building strong customer relationships. Previous experience is not required. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities * Assist in sourcing and identifying suitable vehicles for purchase and resale. * Respond professionally to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media. * Promote available vehicles through appropriate sales and marketing channels. * Coordinate vehicle inspections, viewings, and customer appointments. * Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. * Generate new sales leads and support business development activities. * Maintain accurate records of vehicles, customers, inquiries, and sales activities. * Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships. * Assist with social media and online vehicle marketing activities. * Prepare sales reports and maintain required documentation. * Work towards individual and company sales targets. * Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience. Requirements * Completion of G.C.E. O/L and A/L. * Male and female candidates may apply. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic understanding of social media and online marketing. * A valid driving licence will be an added advantage. * Previous sales or marketing experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory. * Interest in vehicles and the automobile industry will be beneficial. * Willingness to learn vehicle sourcing, sales, and marketing techniques.
