We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our flagship outlet in Bambalapitiya and build a strong team from day one. Key Responsibilities *Outlet Operations:Oversee daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency, speed of service, and customer satisfaction. * Quality & Standards:Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) alongside strict food safety and hygiene protocols. * Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate supervisors and crew members to build a high-performing team. * Inventory & Cost Control:Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock management, and minimize food wastage. * Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally to protect and elevate the brand image. Requirements & Qualifications * Experience:2–3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) or food service environment. * Education: Passed G.C.E. O/L (G.C.E. A/L is preferred). Skills: * Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. * Deep understanding of QSR operations and fast-paced floor management. * Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
